Who is Rumi?

I just had a date with Senja at the Wayfort Bar, did not know we had that either. The one who served the meals was named Rumi and she said she owes it to us for allowing her and others to set up in Wayfort. It's been a while since I've done anything that involved Wayfort so I'm not sure if this was explained in a quest/event.

Nah it's a bit out of order right now because the Wayfort Renovation stuff is still TBA, but she's basically the head of staff for the place once you start rebuilding it.

That's sorta why I haven't done the date with Senja where you take her to the Wayfort yet, since currently the place is still an abandoned pile of rubble with a guard captain and a random demonic merchant squatting in it.
