Who, how, and where do I recruit N.P.Cs for the nursery?

Who, how, and where do I recruit N.P.Cs for the nursery?

I see mention of it in the nursery that I can recruit N.P.Cs for the nursery but the only one I have been able to figure out has been the Zil call girl and I forget her name.

Zil call girl's name is Zheniya.

Otherwise, according to the code, Reaha and Yammi should be able to go to the Nursery but as of now, I dont think they can go there.

As for future reference, Lashcharge has a character that you can send to the Nursery that being Dr. Makius if I remember correctly.

Actually I think she's the only one at the moment, aside from the two helpers noted in the Water Princess' and Venus Pitchers' interactions/descriptions. There isn't any sort of recruitment system implemented, or in the works.

Like @Lancer and @Alabaster Chimes said, pretty much Zheniya is the only at the moment, while there are hints like Lancer described of possible NPCs in the Nursery its not certain. I think its being put in the back burner for now prioritizing the ship combat, and the NPCs that contain a buttload of coding and dialogue. At least that's what I am speculating, feel free to correct me on this.

About what I figured but was just mainly making sure there wasn't at least one I didn't know about.
