Who are 'Red/Black Lipstick' girls?

One of the dreams the champion has is about to pairs of lips licking him all over, one with red lipstick and the other with black.


I wouldn't have paid much attention to it except he also has another dream where he has two girls bound up and licking his cock, again with red and black lipstick.


So I'm wondering is this supposed to foreshadow something?  Are these two dream characters actually in the game, and can you get them to be your slaves like the dream?

You get the dreams from doing stuff with Dominika. Make of them what you will - black is obviously Dominika, red probably Scylla. The creator left before finishing the character's story, so it's all ultimately meaningless.
