Resin: Your heavy bark skin slows you all the way down, but provides plenty of protection. It also produces resin. Some flighty, energetic, needy species might find it difficult to resist wanting to plaster themselves all over you...

Flower Power: Everything about being a pollen-producing flower nymph is deeply arousing. It has its upsides, though: the effect you have on most foes, for instance.

From the text, I'm guessing the Zill and the Venus Plant? Am I correct, and is there others?

The wiki doesn't mention any strengths towards specific species on the items page or the npc's mentioned. It may just be flavor text.

From what I can see of the old Flash code: while active, Resin deals 1-3 Tease damage per turn (and is supposed to give +10% Kinetic, Electric and Corrosive Resistance and -10% Burning Resistance, though I couldn't find anything to confirm or deny that), while Pollen Veil deals 6-8 Tease damage per turn, neither of which are affected by the target's race.

And that's passive right? I mean the tease damage is automatic every turn?
