I've decided to put this gal high on my to do list. Problem is, I'm having trouble finding mention of where she hangs out.

Anyone mind giving me a spoiler free rundown on how to find her?

It should be anywhere you can find mobs. Her encounter rate is relatively low, so keep looking. When you get a message that you're being watched, you're on the right track.

Either defeat her once or lose/submit to her four times to unlock her square in the Rec Deck.
