Where is Tuuva?

I've spent 2hrs randomly walking around Uveto like a dumbdumb. Can't find anything on the wiki regarding Tuuva.

Tuuva the Blacksmith ? i was a little confused too, but she is on the botton of the korg base. you go there by the left down stairs in the base, Soap.
