Where do you find Vatia

I've looked all over the Frostwood for her and can't find her.

I suspect you missed the prompt where the game tells you what to do. Create a camp anywhere in the Frostwood and you'll encounter her. She's been able to show up in camps for a couple years now. This was all in the patch notes too:

The Sleepy Snake, Vatia, can now move into the Wayfort and have your children! This is gated behind some story progress, so be forewarned. You need:

• To have gotten cozy with Vatia in her tree so she comes and finds you in your camp
• To have had the [Magic?] conversation with Vatia in your camp
• To own the Wayfort
• To have been to Khor’minos city (NOT the Outskirts)

Oh, ok. I did read the notes. For some reason I kept thinking they meant she shows up at the wayfort. Silly me. Thanks for the help.
