If you're saving in-browser then they're stored in the browser's localStorage. Where this actually gets saved to on your computer depends on the browser. These saves are also compressed so I'm not sure if the community save editor could load them.
If you want to save-edit, do save to file. After you edit, load that file and then save it again in-browser if that's your preferred way to save.

Hi im new to this myself and i recently migrated my OS to an ssd to mke my pc boot up faster, but as a result when i went to play cocs 2, my save file wasnt there anymore. Is this due to the os being migrated? If so, can someone enlighten me where the save file could be held so i may copy and paste to a new cocs 2 game on my ssd? Btw i downloaded the game to my pc so im not using the browser so i can play when the internet goes out. Thanks im advance ^_^
