What's your sexuality?

Obviously some people might find this an intrusive question, but the simple solution to that problem is: don't post if it bothers you.

So anyway, just wondering what the general sexuality of people on this forum is? Are you completely straight, conventionally gay/lesbian, bisexual, omnisexual, or something in between?

Personally, for the longest time, I thought I was simply straight, since I'd never had any attraction to men. But long exposure to varying forms of pornography (initially just hentai but the discovery of Corruption of Champions and games like it made a big impression on me) broadened my mind a lot. Further careful investigation of my proclivities led me to assess myself as gynephiliac: not attracted to WOMEN as such, just attracted to FEMININITY. Before I discovered the technical term, I referred to myself as "conditionally bi". Basically I mainly like women, but I also like transgender women and traps. I'm not attracted to any man that couldn't at least plausibly pass as a woman when crossdressing. I don't care how "handsome" a man is, only if he's pretty.

Anyone else feel like sharing?

Generally, I'd say I'm straight, but I have no real problem with very feminine traps. (And, of course, no problem with trans women either. That falls under straight, imo)

I'd say you're probably gynephiliac like me, then. Fist bump!

Last time I went over my sexuality it was determined that i'm pansexual, more or less appearance doesn't matter as much as personality, but I do lean toward gynephiliac to be honest as I do have a preference for a more feminine look.

I'm asexual. And possibly romantically attracted to other women? (and by women mean cis and trans women).

Straight and wholly attracted romantically towards women. Or perhaps the female form.

90% straight. Not into hunks or femboys, but I'm more than okay with twinks.
That 10% goes to fantasy female herms, but playing CoC made my interest erode over time.

Straight. It's a bit frustrating, though, because I prefer more effeminate guys. It's always a pain to find out that super cute guy is a girl, or MTF.

This is taken from another thread, but it still serves the same purpose.

You're attracted to body shapes and features, not something's sex. Why do you think you find pictures or statues attractive if you can't have kids with it? These guys have very feminine body shapes and faces, I'd be very surprised if someone who liked small slim women didn't find these guys at least somewhat attractive.

That was surprising. I was planning on posting something to that effect in this thread, but I was very sure I hadn't posted it yet. I pride myself on my good memory, so I was very alarmed to get an alert telling me I'd been quoted in this thread.

As for the thread, I don't think that those sexuality terms are very accurate representations of one's sexuality. While I'm personally attracted to female forms, there are a lot of variations on females that I find unattractive. There's more than just the general trends with sexes, there's also features, kinks, and personalities that factor into what you do or don't find attractive. Saying you have a broad attraction to men or women paints an almost laughably incomplete picture.

I'm attracted to femininity but not really traps and IRL from my current thoughts have a bit of a hang-up on transwomen. If futas or herms were real I'd be fine with a girl with both sets but I really can't say I'd be happy to spend the rest of my life with someone without a vagina. I still like strapons and toys better than real dicks in porn as well.

So practically, according to the laws of biology in our reality I just like girls.

Sure, but no one's gonna read 50 line essays about the minutia of things they like and don't like. We'd all do a "tl;dr" (too long; didn't read, not turquoise cervine) and probably ask for the cliffnotes, anyway.

I'd watch a TL;DR video about his kinks, but I always get the impression he's close to asexual.

You can probably get the main points across with a set of cliffnotes. Pseudo example here (not a real person):
  • Like petite thin womanly bodies. Bottom heavy is fine, but dislike larger breasts.
  • Prefer cute nerdy personalities, especially with glasses and long hair.
  • Really into voyeur stuff, especially girls who're closet perverts and masterbate in their rooms while someone watches.
The broad strokes are fairly easy to do, but you're right that a complete picture would be an essay long and you almost have to go down a full list of all the kinks and pairings out there if you absolutely needed to get every detail. Human sexuality is stupid complicated.

But do any of those kinda matter if the person involved isn't your type? Like if John Cena were a closet pervert that wants you to watch him wank in his room would that kinkiness make him attractive to you? Or even if it where Megan Trainor or Yaya Han?

I am kinda confused. What are you asking? The example was a fictional person, so I can't really clarify what their tastes would be. Maybe they're kinda conflicted about someone who doesn't fill their trait preferences but otherwise pushes their buttons. Maybe they're most interested in the kinky stuff, while the body fitting their preference is just an added bonus. There are so many different directions it could be taken and most people are going to lean in different directions, I've seen examples for most cases and even have personal experience with some.

I think someone asking about others sexuality is not the weirdest thing to pop up here. lol

Me, I'm Bisexual with a preference for males, both in body and identity.
I like me some nerdy Twinks and some Dad Bods, though Femboys I really like... Is it sorta slightly gynephiliac to prefer traps/femboys over the other two? I'm never entirely sure with these terms... So I usually just say I prefer guys, and I like all three types I listed, but girly guys really do it for me the most, as I find femininity in a guys appearance to be really cute (When it works, that is), same goes if the guy's personality is what people would consider 'feminine'. (I don't like 'sissies' though, I like my guys with a damn spine)

If anything, the only types of guys I don't really like are big muscly baras, or those with the 'stereotypical asshole male' personality (Which is basically just 'You're an asshole').

I like me some ladies too, though I very much prefer my ladies feminine, with just a vag down there and nothing else. Not much to say with them other than that.
Not into fantasy femherms, or transfolk of either gender irl or fantasy at all really. No offense, just not my jam. If that makes sense.

I don't have a preference over males or female, but i don't really like traps/femboys, or too much feminine traits if a guy comes over to ask me.
Also there are assholes in any shapes or form, most muscle guys are usually pretty nice if you manage to know them.

Now girls, as long as i can hug her (not that fat so you can't reach around) i'm down

Well when I brought up the asshole personality thing I meant any guy that's like that, never did I say anywhere that just musclemen are like that. I'm sure there are some cool ones out there. My initial comment was that I don't really like guys with big ol' muscles (Not too into the aesthetic in a sexual attraction sense, that is), nor do I like guys that are jerks. (Which can apply to literally anyone)
Nomatter what they look like, if they're an asshole then I won't like them either way.

I take it you're after the more romantic writing in TiTS, over the hardcore smut, then?
Nah, I enjoy (and get off to) utter filthy kinky smut just fine (my ao3 account is evidence of that lol) :) I just need to know and be invested in the characters

But since TiTS doesn't have much m/m content (which is what I'm interested in in smut) and its f/f is geared towards a straight male audience, I do tend to be more invested in NPCs and scenes that involve a more developed charater development/progression, like Syri, Anno, Kaede...
