Whats the deal with Laquine Legs?

We've got arms, ears, fur, face, tail. Hell, the code is already set up! So why arent we able to get bunny legs, despite the associated TF having been in the game for god knows how long?

It's a Major TF effect. Which includes other stuff like quadballs and multibreasts iirc, which haven't been written down atm.

A.k.a, The Laquine Ears as a whole is not finished yet.
