Whats special about Nash's transformation item?

I get their supposed to be corrupted but, what does it do? my corruption didnt go up when I took them

Most of them provide Perks where corruption is beneficial in some way.

I think you can also get some of the character creation perks from them. I usually buy the relevant ones and just save scum till I get the perk xD

The corrupt Marefolk one can give you Well Hung, and the corrupt Sheepfolk one can give you Corrupt Alpha/Matriach perks, which increases your Virility/Fertility/Cum Prod based on your Corruption level (IIRC, been a while since I did all corrupt).

To get the perks a bit cheaper, use the regular TF items to change to a Marefolk or Sheepfolk all the way (and if you want Well Hung, make sure your dick is already 24 in+ such as via Minoblood). That way you should get the perks the first or second use of the expensive corrupted TF. Note unlike Goblin Broodmother and similar perks that you keep the corrupt perks even if you TF to something else afterwards, like reverting back to human/orc/elf.

EDIT: The Tainted Clover TF (Corrupt Sheepfolk) specifically can give you Well Hung perk if you take it with a 22+ in dick, and can give you as a herm Corrupt Alpha Matriarch, this is a combination of Corrupt Alpha and Corrupt Matriarch specifically which characters with dick or vag get;

Corrupted Alpha Matriarch: Both your virility and fertility are massively increased based on your corruption, your cum volume is increased based on your corruption, and you go into both heat and rut once a month.
