Was replaying in a new save. And I'm trying to have the five litters with Amily. And I have a lust draft in case I need it. But I've read that you can enhance it with Lumi, into a "Fuck Draft". I saved before i drank it, but I received the "Rut" status. And I have no idea what it does, if anything.
What is the "Rut" status?

No, they only apply while the Rut status is in effect so they go away after the PC cums or the 100 hours runs out whichever happens first.
If a PC under the effects of Rut gets affected by additional Rut effects then they just add more time onto the length of the first.
