What Is Maximum Achievable Sexiness?

Instinctive Psifocus maxes out at 125 Libido. If you actually want to reach that without Corrupted, you need 100 Libido + 50 Sexiness.

The best I've achieved so far is 38 44.

Innocent Allure is +5, but is mutually exclusive with Sexy Thinking without Save-Editing.
Heat/Rut doesn't increase Libido past maximum and doesn't increase Sexiness.
Granted, 119 Libido = 67 effective Willpower (out of 70).
Interestingly, installing the Sensory Dampener increases effective Will by 2, even though it decreases Libido by 5.

I'd look at the omnisuit if I were you. Disables access to the upper and lower undergarment slots, but seems to have the highest sexiness in the armor slot by a wide margin at high libido.

Good call. That gives +6 total Sexiness over other clothing.

Looking at it, that might technically be a bug. You get 11, which is the same as normal maximum in clothing + underwear slots. But you also seem to get the benefit of nudity in your underwear slots.
