What happens to Roz?

What happens to Roz if I steal her armor or core? The wiki says it disables her permanently, but I don't understand what it means by that. Does it mean I can no longer encounter her? That she becomes bimbo-dumb? I need to know because I do not understand it completely by what it means by that.....

IF you remove her picardine core she becomes dumb again and if you take her power armor she leaves most likely to do whatever she thinks she needs to do to get another another suit.

Okay... So does that mean you can still encounter her after that, or that you can't encounter her anymore afterwards?

Nope if you take any of her things: core/power armor, she leaves for good and you will never see her again
