What happened to Throbb?

Hey, maybe its just me but after a patch i caant use throbb on genetals i choose. It auto assigns it to balls. Is it me doing something wrong or its a game fix? If the later then how do u increase your dick size in a consisten manner?

It has a 1/3 chance of increasing ball size if the player has both a penis and balls. 


May just be a string of bad luck for you.

It's the item whose function is to do specifically that.  You can also use the Synthsheath found on Tarkus to get a rather large horsecock.  I've never actually acquired the Dong Designer so I don't know if it allows growth.  Naleen Nip also allows increasing your cock size once you have the genital slit.
