What happened to Tavros?

I can't seem to get to it anymore, as I don't get that email regarding the party and everything. Was access to Tavros changed? I can only assume so, but I have no idea what to do to get there now.

Tavros is the starting location. Sounds like you're thinking of Poe A. In that case, unless its 26-31 Oct, you have a 1/100 chance to get the e-mail regarding and unlocking it normally.
