What happened to Arona's busts?

During the patch 0.3.44 New Blood for the Tribe, Arona has a brown-like skin color. Why are they not in the game?

As a wild guess? They were recolors done either for fun or for some idea that didn't materialize or which isn't finished yet, and those pieces weren't intended to be in the game in the first place so they were removed in later patches.

Those were just for-fun colors (Moira doesn't like green orcs); never meant to appear in-game.

I just figured Arona was dissatisfied with the way they looked. Perhaps it made her very angry.
