I have absolutely no idea what this does

Pregnancy Multiplier increases the number of children per pregnancy (I think).

Incubation Bonus is factored into gestation time. Higher numbers mean faster pregnancies. The parent's respective Mother and Father bonuses are averaged together to determine a pregnancy's total bonus (so far, Father is always 100%).
