What does the Auto-Autofellatio perk suppose to do?

You should have a long enough penis (1/3 of your height) and it should be in your masturbation menu. There is also a special version for Treated cumcows.

Auto-Autofellatio does give your character a cum-cow variant of the autofellatio scene, but it also automatically triggers an autofellation scene during resting after three or so days of the character not autofellatio him/herself. At its current implementation, it is kind of broken because if you spam the scene, the cooldown will stack, making the days to auto-autofellatio longer than what the cooldown needs it to be. The cooldown should be 7 days for voluntary autofellatio and 3 days for automatic autofellatio during rest.
