What does the "aroused" condition do?

Other than make you aroused, obviously. I can give it to opponents via the "allure" special option for my dancer kitty, but I have no idea what it actually does right now

Is there going to be a damage/lust based combat system like CoC1 and TiTS?

Aroused is a status effect, same as Blinded or Bleeding. In this case, being Aroused causes you to be more easily hit in combat, and to take more Lust damage.

Aroused -- Reduced Resistances (all), Evasion, and Focus

And yes of course, Lust and Physical combat will both be supported.
