what do you need to run the downloadable version of coc

I tried downloading coc so I could try one of the mods but my computer said I lack the program to run it what is needed to run it

Flash player. You can just open it with your browser as well.

Any browser will do, just right click and Open with Chrome, IE, Opera, ETC...
