I haven't played in a while, so I'm just curious if the save formats changed in the interim. All of my saves are from August 2016 or even earlier, and they can't be opened even with 0.9.2 or 0.9.4 much less the final version of CoC. I'm running the .swf in Adobe Flash Player 24, and I tried it in 24, but I get the same error posted below. Looking on this forum, I found the CoCed save editor and that seems to read the files fine, so I made a couple copies to edit and try again - only to get the same error. Minerva can't open them either, so I'm completely stumped.
Is there a version of flash I should downgrade to or are these files lost?

I did try playing the final version of the game and testing new saves; they work just fine, though it doesn't tell me what the save file extension is (labeled just File in Windows 10).
