I don't know how I managed it, but I was resting outside of Shekka's shop while I was waiting to receive the next message to fund her project when I went to go and talk to Bianca. The weird part was that Bianca had Shekka's inventory to sell for some reason... attaching my save file just in case, but I am going to spend some time trying to recreate what I did.
