[Duke Atlantis XV]

A thread/conversation/guide on weapons in*says in a dramatic voice*Trials in Tainted Space(Short: TiTS).It will be about the best weapons/armor to have.
Categories include:
Best Ranged Weapons(Energy and non)
Best Melee Weapons(energy and non)
Best Armor(For each class)
Best Sheild
Best Accessory

And not sure about other things.

You're wrong about the Melee Energy Weapons, there's a few.

Railgun or Chaingun for Kinetic, Chainlaser or Apollo Rifle for Energy.

Saurmorian Hammer and E.Jotlhammer are best melee damage, but have Evasion penalties.

Armor is kinda dependant on class, as the Steele Tech Suit is great for Techies but bad for Mercs, and the Smugglers want extra Evasion.

Only one shield can be the best because it has the highest capacity, the Reaper Armaments Shield.

Accessories are mostly garbage in my opinion, but for combat you've got the Drones which can add a decent amount of damage per round, and then utility things like Cargobot and Hoverboard.

Vampiric gives back health not shield points.Emmy's Vamp Blade has Greater Draining not Greater Vampiric.

I accept your mistake.But is there an item with the Greater Vampiric effect?(this effect heals you 90% of the damage done to health.An example is if you do like 100 damage you get 90 back as health.)

Like they said before it really Depends.

Something like the Aeigis light machinegun might be great for merc and techie but trash for smugglers.

Then there is also the build you are going for, are you making a melee char or a char that is better at range so there is great weapons but it depends on your class and build
