I'm pretty stumped on this one. I don't want to use risky transformatives since all I want is reduction, but I don't know of any method outside removal (clearly). I want to keep some perks which is why want to avoid removal.

Have you tried Uthra Sap? While there is a chance it'll shrink the balls, it mainly shrinks the breasts.
For future reference, stuff like this should be put in the TiTS forums, not the general area. Gunna call a mod to move it.
