Just tried out the new content and the game thinks that she and my Champ already have a child but this champ's distinctly lacking in the penis department and thus has never had a kid with her. If you need a save I can post one, otherwise here's a screenshot showing the locked-off sex menu (because no penis) and Harpy Daughteru.
