Wasn't there supposed to be a 'trap' Treatment option?

I somewhat recall there being a trap option for The Treatment, what ever happened to that? Was it scrapped? Am I blind? Did I just remember wrong?

I don't think it was implemented really it's Faux cow

I believe there was, but I think it just got buried under the mountain of stuff in backlog

As far as I know, the Faux-cow variant was never even written, though a couple NPC's have gotten it. A lot of people want it, so I don't know why it's the only one unavailable.
