Umm they all connected into one huge network so as long you know coordinates for gate you want use to exit you can travel to any (Use one and get to an other that is still online xD). But since it's game you got limited choice of travels (yeah with ingame lore PC should be well aware of coords of gates a each core word races and all other previous planet rushes...if not s/he could easy get this info with codex) otherwise Fen will explode trying write enough stuff for each core words planets we can visit (and it would be pretty much almost nothing to do on 99% of them aside walk around without much purpose aside enjoying the view ^^).
