VR experiment soft lock

For some reason I'm not getting the salamander encounter past the woman in the VR experiment, so I can not progress with the Kiro quest. Is this a bug? also another bug where i crash when i try to go inside my ship

Thanks! Was able to fix first just now. Second is already fixed. You should see the fixes next patch, or hopefully a hot fix today.
