I have yet to come across that particular scene during the 2 pregnancies that my PC has had. Is there any reason to that? The only difference I saw was being called mommy, that's it. Is that you were referring too?

I was talking about a separate tab for pregnancy in her "Talk" section. Something like how other NPCs have it when the PC is pregnant at the time when talking to them.
