Visual Novels M/M Futa/M

I can only think of two from the top of my head:
Tusks: The Orc Dating Sim (Still in development)
DRAMAtical Murder (Its a decent visual novel, though nothing above the extraordinary IMO. There's sexual scenes, not all of which are consensual.)
I suggest you take a look at this, it has already been tagged to show homosexual content (lesbian is included so you'll have to look at each individual game to see if it exclusive to M/M).
I'll also tag @karunama to take a look at this since, from what I've seen, he's a fan and expert of M/M games and probably knows a couple of titles that may be of interest to you, aside from the ones already mentioned.

Alright, I'll make a short list; Keep in mind that i'm not a fan of futas so all of these are exclusively M/M.
Bacchikoi and Sleepover by Black Monkey. Black Monkey primarily does simple games or VNs with a focus on muscly or shota content.
Enzai and Animamundi: Dark Alchemist are both considered classics, although for the first, you'll need a fan translation and the second either the fan translation or the decensoring patch, since the official translation removed all the sexual content for some reason. If you haven't played them before, you should know both have a fairly dark storyline. Enzai is shota with a rape focus, Animamundi has a stronger focus on corruption and a gothic theme.
No, Thank You! is a fairly new game that I quite enjoyed, although I would have reversed most of the pairings if I could. I prefer the more masculine fellow as the top myself, but if you're into futa on male, you may have the opposite inclination and enjoy the pairings more than I did.
Hadaka Shitsuji (TL: Naked Butler) and it's sequel are pretty good, and they can be found with everything but the menu translated on various sites without much trouble. Fetishes focus mainly on Domination/submission and bondage, but also feature crossdressing, sadomasochism and ahegao to some degree.
Since he mentioned DRAMAtical murder, i should mention that any of the translated games by Nitro+CHIRAL are great. They're explicit, violent and well written, as a rule, but can be somewhat disturbing if you're not into that kind of stuff. Of them, DM is the least disturbing, and either best or 2nd best of the translated games, so it's a solid recommendation for newbies to their stuff. Togainu no Chi is also good, and while more violent, isn't overly disturbing. That said, it lacks some of the polish of later games like DM, Lemento~ Beyond the Void is less violent, but somewhat rougher in disturbing type content, but adds cat ears to the main character, which I quite enjoyed. Finally, Sweet Pool is possibly the most disturbing game they've ever made, and frankly, if you're squeamish, avoid it. It's basically a psychological horror story that just happens to have some very well drawn guy on guy porn thrown in.
Oh, and if you don't mind furry content, Morenatsu and Great Troubles are both about passing grade. I preferred Morenatsu by far, of the two of them, but that's just personal taste. There are others around, but I'm pretty picky about furry content since it's not one of my personal fetishes.
I think that's it for VN games specifically. If you want more than that, odds are good you'll have to use VNR to auto-translate them for you. There might be others that are translated into English, but not in my collection or that I can recall off the top of my head.

Should also mention that Enzai is like, super fucking dark. Like, your guy can get prison-raped six ways to Sunday and iirc can even be killed there? (He'[s falsely-accused, of course.) Animamundi was pretty great though; most of the gore is implied rather than explicit.
