ever since the update come out i was not able to find her i did everything and i don't know if editing a save file to rewind the days helps but i cannot find her in the bard or near where her apartment is and i dunno how to complete it no matter what i tried to wait and wait at the bar but she never shows up within the week

A few patches back I was told Verusha was not yet available for public access and that the email was as a result of a bug. I do not know if 'she' is yet available.

Verusha has been available for public for a few patches, she's just been plagued with bugs.
