[Version: 0.9.043-PUBLIC#3071] Mhen'ga vendor crash

After activating the Xenogen Camp transport and using it to travel to the Scout Authority, I went straight to the Scrapyard Maint. and attempted to access the Sell menu, resulting in a crash.

This crash occurs consistently (repeated the same actions three times, and the game crashed each time). In addition, attempting to access the Buy menu also crashes the game, and produces the same message.

Think I fixed this a couple minutes ago; Geoff/Artie were doing some weird things with a property that is now used as a function and blowing this up.
