I ran into a number of bugs and crashes starting a new game in 0.9.022-PUBLIC#2600. Upon browsing these forums I see other are experiencing some of the same bugs I ran into. I made this thread to list these bugs and provide links to multiple reports of the same issue(s).
1.) Penny causes crashes when Steele chooses to fight the Zil she is having problems with, as well as during her Oxonium quest (Any time "penny.short" is called):

2.) The game crashes any time Tuuva is encountered during the "Siege of the Korg'ii Hold" quest:

3.) Shade sends her winter solstice email despite not having yet met her in the game and it being Halloween and mistitled as a Halloween email.
The email I received has since disappeared from my inbox, but the players below captured images of the erroneous email.

4.) Kattom's bust doesn't show up at all, and Shekka always appears naked:
