Any time I fight Vaush, either through the attack dialogue or through the random encounter where he attacks you, it causes there to be a good second or so of hang time on all button presses from then on. lasts until a loading a prior save. Managed to reproduce it a few times, then closed the tab and reopened it and now I can't get it to happen again, although it may be based on an attack from him or one of his minions since the lag kicks in the middle of the fight and I may just have not been getting him to do said attack, but considering how many times I've done the fight since closing the offending tab this seems a little unlikely.
I'm running chrome 74.
I forgot to copy or screenshot it before closing the tab, but the error I saw when the lag was there was some kind of flash runtime error.
