After seeing her in the village and encountering her on the Windy Peaks, i've been unable to encounter her again, is she on some kind of long cool down or does she disappear for X amount of time once bred? I've spent 3 days grinding encounters and it's getting tedious given i don't know if i'm just getting unlucky or completely wasting my time...
