V-Ko use

Hello, I'm currently trying to use V-Ko for cheats (as just using the keyboard opens every page and tab I'm the game) and nothing I type works she just says she can't do it due to programming.

Is there something I'm missing? I don't even know the version I'm playing to even help.

It's been replaced by the Cheat Menu. Load a save, go to the Title Screen (Esc) and click the dot of the 'i' in TiTS 3 times. There will be a new Cheats tab at the bottom of the list in the Options menu.
