Then it might be a bug. You do have at least one penis, right? I don't know what happens if you have balls but no penis.
Alternatively, you could use Dicksprout to internalize your balls, then use another to externalize. This will set your ball count to 2.
If all else fails, open the console:
pc.balls = n
n = the number of balls you want.

I don’t want to touch the length of the dick, it took me so long to get it to 16 inches, and I don’t think I can open the console on a Mac, even if I did, I have no experience with it

It's a browser thing, not OS thing. On a mac, for Chrome it'd be something like Option + ⌘ + J or similar shortcut; should be accessible through browser menu as well. For other browsers you can check here.
