Using old save file?

Soooo for a while now i've been using an old save file through the various versions of TiTS and i'm wondering if it fucked something up because now the buttsluttinator is still in the sheriff's office over in Uveto even though it shouldn't be.

Should i start a new save file? Any way i can just transfer my character? I worked hours on her to make her just the way i wanted her and the idea of starting her over makes my head spin.

Should i use titsED? I despise save editing most of the time but this is kinda of an emergency, i'm just worried it will screw up some invisible flag ingame im not aware of.
Even then going copying every tiny bit is kinda bothersome and easy to get wrong, isn't there some way i can just copy and paste it in the editor?

Ah ok, what confused me was that when you go in the office you see this message

and i thought it was some kind of error from my pre kiro quest save file
