I don't see why she couldn't be a companion down the line. I mean, shes a mercenary, yes? The easy way would be for Steele to amass a hefty sum of credits (A discount provided on the ending you got/freeing her during the las fight) to buy a long term contract.

Well IF we get so lucky as as above meantioned we hire her for a long term contract she would be at least first taur crew member ^^
