Upgrade HL anti-grav thong

As the title implies, it would make sense for the HL anti-grav thong to accept the HL strap-on upgrades.

Doing so would also free up an inventory slot for those that want to always be able to do most(if not all) scenes while getting the +4 sexiness bonus from the thong for tease attacks.
