Unsure if bug

Playing tits on android and says I couldn't fly because I have too Many crew members. I input the new cheatcode and it says it's working...i still can't fly.

Am I supposed to remove crew then add them back in?
Or is something wrong?

That shouldn't happen and I can't seem to reproduce it, but try exiting the ship and re-entering and see if that has any difference.

Still doesn't work. I'm still stuck on tavros. And I don't know if dropping crew would work?

Something is definitely borked in my game. I kicked all the crew except 3 and it still says I'm over the crew limit. Is my file now borked?

I had to kick everyone off and switch ships before it allowed me to fly and clowncar still doesn't work.
Anytime I type clowncar it accepts the cheat, but in reality it doesn't like the math or something is off.

I fixed it by going to an earlier save, kicking out crew till I met the requirements, bought the ova Lek, flew to mhenga, went to the nurse droid and did clowncar in the custom input(I was using the codex console beforehand) then recruited the crew I kicked out and now it works

Your issue is not the crew limit. Your ship's storage space is overloaded. Try clearing/moving out some items from your storage if you can.

I got it to work without removing my storage space. I just had to do extra steps it seems to get the cheat to work.

Except those extra steps involved going to an earlier save. Are you sure you didn't have anything different in your ship's inventory in that save? I mean, it should be noted that in both screenshots you posted, it specifically stated that your storage was overloaded, and you needed to remove stuff from it.

Nothing really changed, both had a lot of items in storage
