I've been trying to fine out how to unlock Sera's special items for a while now, and even after becoming her sex slave it still doesn't unlock for me. Any help?

When you are not her slave, you need to either be preety smart or very rich. When you are her sub, you just need to fuck her until the RNG will Grace you with triggering her successful sale celebration scene, then you will get one of the things unlocked, and potentially even a freebie.
