Unlocking Ryn's, "The Cage," Talk Option Post Winter City?

Uh I was speeding through the story line too fast for this new save and realized that I never went through her, "her story," talk before clearing winter city dungeon. And now I also realized that option was necessary to get Ryn to talk about her cage. By the time I realized this, I spent way too many hours on this save already. Is it possible to retrigger the cage talk somehow post winter city dungeon? I hope it doesn't prevent the pc from removing her cage or anything down the story line. If it does are there ways for me to flag it? I know there is the unofficial save-editor but I don't want to corrupt the save-files.

No, because Ryn's dialogue changes post-WC if you've missed the triggers for it you can't start that sequence after the fact. I very much doubt that Savin will make something as fundamental as uncaging Ryn dependent on whether the player has done a particular missable conversation that's gated behind a whole sequence of equally optional conversations spread across three characters. Especially since it's possible (unlikely, but possible and the game accounts for it) to go through the entire game leading up to the Palace of Ice without actually obtaining Ryn as a companion.

Haha well shouldn't have tried to speed run a text based game I guess. I just decided to take a L and start over bc I don't want to take any chances. For the princess!
Thank you for always answering the questions though. Jeez are you a undercover/secret development team member or something? Wish my memories were good as yours!
