After selling items to Sera and hitting her sell limit which disables additional selling, other vendors will have the selling disabled.
When trying to sell with other vendors, the sell menu comes up but the buttons to select which items to sell are disabled.
Reloading a save after interacting with Sera does not fix the issue. Reloading the page does fix the issue.
