Unable to load pc save on android, error#1009

This has been my main file on pc for a while and theres a very good chance that this is just the result of me messing around with flags in the editor and it not wanting to carry over nicely onto android. I cant access my pc for a while though so i cant look into this and try to figure it out on my own. Any help is appreciated

I wasnt sure if it belonged here or in bug reports, i had seen other posts with similar android loading issues in this section so i figured itbwould be better off here. Bug reports section does make sense though, because like i said this is probably just a save editor flag that the pc version can sort out/ignore while android cant. Ill have access to my pc soon and im going to try looking changing to a full plain human and see if i messed with any quest items or interactions.
