On wiki it says about a Hive wife, is this implemented? And how does the Queen help bimbofy the champ?

If she is still a bimbo you drink from breasts twice in a row you become a bimbo.

Yep, you can drink her honey directly once to get the Honey Brain effect (it lasts five days and during that duration you get treated as if your personality was Bimbo) and if you drink again before the effect clears it permanently changes your personality to Bimbo. This all goes away once you purify the Hive and after that the only way to become a bimbo (right now at least) is to drink Bimbo Brew which comes with a host of other effects.

'Hive Wife' is a Bad End that you get if you lose when fighting the Queen.
