two questions about canine and lupine features

1: what's the difference between them I know that Lupine is more wolf like but is there a difference?
2: And is there any way to have a different type of canine ears/tail like can I have Dingo ears and tail?

1. Canine and Lupine were changed to technically be different races.
2. Not explicitly. Descriptions are kept fairly vague so you can imagine things like this.

Alright thanks again man. I'm still a bit confused on why Canine's and Lupine are a different species when Lupine are basically lager canines. But I guess that the Devs wanted to add in a werewolf option and Lupine does suits that.

My guess is that it's the difference between dogs and wolves i.e. lupine is more feral, canine is more domesticated.
