I was about to report that twinkease wasn't in the cheat menu but after some good old fashioned forum searching it turns out it was called ManDown in the old save editor and it turns out that it shows up under that name in the new menu. I suppose then it's not technically a bug but perhaps a user experience problem that certain items might not show up using their in game names. Maybe the cheat menu search field could pay attention to the in game name too and if you hover over an item it'll show it as a tooltip?
