Twi'lek Content Question

I was checking the blog today and say that Adjatha was streaming, the stream pick caught my attention. Its a pic of Penny and a Twi'lek. I remember awhile ago, there was talk of an alternate starting planet. Obviously it hasn't happened yet and I've been keeping up with the blog to know the Devs are swamped with content. Can anyone say what happened to the Twi'lek Transformation, if we're getting it at all? Just curious.

I think he just drew it for fun. No tf's are in development that i'm aware of.
